Booking & Cancellation Policy

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required when scheduling your appointment to reserve your spot. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up within the 48-hour window, your booking fee will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to reschedule.

In the event you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and the booking fee will be forfeited. To reschedule, a new booking fee will be required. Rescheduling will be based on availability, and please be mindful that being late affects the schedule of other clients.

Your touch-up appointment will be scheduled during your initial visit, typically 6-8 weeks after the first session.

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Please note that the service prices do not include tax.

Due to the nature of the procedure, no guests (including family, friends, children, or pets) are allowed during the appointment for safety, sanitation, and focus purposes.

A consultation is required for anyone seeking to have previous microblading or permanent makeup work modified or covered. Please send a well-lit, clear photo of your brows (without makeup) before your appointment for proper assessment.

Once your appointment is confirmed, pre-care instructions will be sent to you. It is your responsibility to read and follow all guidelines. If you have any questions, please ask in advance. Failing to follow the instructions may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Duaa's Microblading reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices may change without notice.

Once the design and color are confirmed during the consultation, any requests to change the shape or color after the decision will not be accommodated. Please carefully review the design and color before giving consent to ensure you are satisfied. Once you approve, the design is final.

We are unable to provide services to the following individuals:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding clients
• Clients prone to keloid scarring (Microblading is not suitable, but Powder Brows may be an option)
• Individuals currently undergoing chemotherapy (services may be performed 6 months after treatment with a doctor’s note)
• Clients with severe acne in the brow area
• Diabetics (unless well-controlled)
• Those with uncontrolled autoimmune deficiencies (lupus, alopecia, Hashimoto’s, etc.)—it is important that your condition is stable before proceeding with the procedure for the best healing outcome. Appointments may be rescheduled if you are experiencing a flare-up or not feeling well
• Clients with sunburn, psoriasis, or eczema in the area (service can be done once the area has cleared up)
• Individuals who have used Accutane within the last year (must be off Accutane for at least 12 months before receiving services)
• Clients with prior permanent eyebrow makeup will require a separate consultation to determine if they are a suitable candidate
• Individuals with tuberculosis, epilepsy, heart conditions, MRSA/staph infections, HIV, bleeding disorders, or vertigo are not candidates
